  1. I used Notepad++ to write up a HTML page in text.
  2. Tried some types of forms, text entries and radio buttons.
  3. Listed some tags I didn't know before.

Good start so far. Try to add a few more screenshots of what you have actually done. Maybe explain the effect of the different tags on the content displayed in the browser?
